Brown-Bag Lunch

“A Dashboard For Driving Arbitrations – how arbitral institutions can steer proceedings into the future”

A RAC Case Study: Filing, submissions, evidence, orders and decisions all in one place – online
The paperless future might offer more advantages besides being paperless. Few arbitral institutions have already devised and implemented electronic systems that allow to effectively administer all interactions between arbitral tribunals, disputing parties and institutions. The Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration was one of the first to develop and successfully launch such a system. In 2018 this system was successfully tested in more than 100 arbitrations.

Yulia Mullina‘s presentation will demonstrate the case administration capabilities that RAC has developed. She will also discuss the challenges that had to be addressed during the implementation and sketch out what the future might look like.

Date: 23 April 2019, 13.00 — 15.00

The event will be hosted by Luther’s Hamburg office, Gänsemarkt 45, 20354 Hamburg.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis and seats are limited.
