invite you to the 3rd Company Law Day Russia.
The Russian Federation has left the crisis behind. Over 6,000 German companies are represented there; the Russian market remains of strategic importance.
Russian company law was almost completely created from scratch after the system change in the 1990s. Some rules have proved problematic in practical application and need to be revised. Fundamental reforms are currently being prepared and discussed.
High-ranking experts from Russia and Germany will shed light on possible reform approaches and current issues in company law at the Company Law Day.
A conference fee will be charged for participation in the event. It amounts to € 60 for members of the VDRW / DRJV and € 90 for guests (this includes the costs for lunch and coffee break). Students can apply for a reduction of the fee to € 25.
