Ms Parkhomenko is a PhD student at the University of Kiel. Her work is supervised by Prof. Alexander Trunk, who heads the Institute for Eastern European Law at Kiel University. Ms Parkhomenko will give a short keynote speech. This will be followed by an open round of discussion with the participants.
