Berlin DRJV regulars’ table with lecture

The German-Russian Exchange e.V. (www.austausch.org) and the German-Russian Lawyers’ Association (Deutsch-Russische Juristenvereinigung e.V.). (www.drjv.org) want to network and give members of both associations space and time to get to know each other and exchange ideas. The event will be introduced with a panel discussion on the topic:

“Russia and Civil Society ”

10 years of Khordorkovsky trials,

Speaker: Stefan Melle, Managing Director of Deutsch-Russischer Austausch e.V.

Mr. Stefan Melle has been Managing Director of the Deutsch-Russischen Austausch e.V. since 2006. He is also one of the initiators of the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum and has been a member of its Coordination Council since its foundation.

Moderator: Frank Schmieder, lawyer, board member of the German-Russian Lawyers’ Association e.V.

Frank Schmieder is a lawyer and has been a partner in a Berlin law firm since 2004. Since 2006, he has been a member of the board of the DRJV, which, as a bilateral lawyers’ association, supports and promotes the exchange between German and Russian law.
