Mr. Ilya Levin is a research associate at the Humboldt University of Berlin, Chair of Public Law, Comparative Law and Russian Law.
The lecture will attempt to present the Russian understanding of the PPP Institute. The focus will be not only on the existing normative situation, but also on the projects that have already been realised. An open discussion round will then be held with the participants.
The participants will have the opportunity to continue their discussions in a relaxed atmosphere, at the Berlin regulars’ table
