Frau Timofeeva beschäftigt sich seit vielen Jahren intensiv mit den unterschiedlichen Ordnungsstrukturen des deutschen und russischen Energierechts. Als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin hat sie am Handbuch zum deutschen-russischen Energierecht mitgewirkt. In ihrem Kurzvortrag wird Frau Timofeeva die aktuellen Grundzüge des russischen Energierechts erläutern.

Mit den Teilnehmern wird nachfolgend in eine offene Diskussionsrunde eingetreten.

Die Teilnehmer erhalten Gelegenheit, ihre Gespräche in lockerer Atmosphäre fortzusetzen, beim

{:ru}В течение многих лет г-жа Тимофеева интенсивно работала с различными структурами регулирования немецкого и российского энергетического права. В качестве научного ассистента она участвовала в подготовке Справочника по германо-российскому энергетическому праву. В своей короткой лекции госпожа Тимофеева расскажет об основных современных особенностях российского энергетического права.

Затем участники вступят в открытую дискуссию.

Расположение: мы останавливаемся в “Гафель Хаус Берлин”, в отдельном помещении можно одновременно прослушать лекцию и принять участие в “Штамтише”.

As a research assistant, she contributed to the Handbook on German-Russian Energy Law. In her short lecture, Ms Timofeeva will explain the current main features of Russian energy law.

She will then enter into an open discussion with the participants.
