Isabelle Weidemann ist Rechtsanwältin bei PricewaterhouseCoopers, Berlin und für die Russian Business Group tätig. Sie hat langjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung deutscher Investoren bei ihrem Engagement in der Russischen Föderation in allen damit im Zusammenhang stehenden rechtlichen Belangen, insbesondere im russischen Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Zivil- und Handelsrecht.
Sie wird ein kurzes Impulsreferat halten. Mit den Teilnehmern wird nachfolgend in eine offene Diskussionsrunde eingetreten.

Она имеет многолетний опыт консультирования немецких инвесторов по вопросам их деятельности в Российской Федерации по всем связанным с этим правовым вопросам, в частности, по вопросам российского корпоративного права, а также гражданского и коммерческого права.
Она выступит с короткой основной речью. Затем участники вступят в открытую дискуссию.

Isabelle Weidemann is a lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Berlin and works for the Russian Business Group. She has many years of experience in advising German investors on their engagement in the Russian Federation in all related legal matters, in particular Russian corporate law as well as civil and commercial law.
She will give a short keynote speech. This will be followed by an open discussion with the participants.
