The first draft of the reform of Russian company law, which was prepared under the auspices of Prof. Sukhanov, is facing strong opposition from the business community. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation then commissioned a counter-draft. The lecture will shed light on this interesting controversy, which occurred for the first time in recent Russian legislative history. The participants will then enter into an open discussion.
