Professor Bystrov teaches at the Moscow State Law Academy (MGJuA) and specialises in issues of land law, mineral resources and environmental law. He is the author of a commentary on the Natural Resources Code.

The Russian lecture will be translated consecutively into German.

Professor Baller is a professor of public law and teaches at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Administration of Justice. Professor Baller is intensively involved with the law of the Russian Federation and with policy advice in Eastern Europe. His research focuses on environmental law, nature conservation law and land law in Russia. He is co-editor of the Handbook of Economics and Law in Eastern Europe.
