New framework conditions and practical problems”

Mr Margulian has been a practising lawyer in Moscow for about 20 years. He advises Russian and foreign clients, first as a lawyer in a municipal college, in the early 1990s in a renowned Russian law firm and since 2004 in his own firm. He has published on the Russian Law on Lawyers.

The Russian lecture will be translated consecutively into German.

Dr Wedde is a lawyer at Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler. He has been advising German and international companies on investment projects in Russia for several years. He is the author (together with J. Karraß) of the book “Das Berufsrecht der Anwälte in der Russischen Föderation” (Berlin 2005).
