DRJV-Stammtisch Rhein-Main: “Признание и приведение в исполнение иностранных судебных и арбитражных решений в России – актуальные события”.

The German-Russian Lawyers Association e.V. (DRJV) cordially invites you to the regulars’ table Rhine-Main on Friday, 6 September 2013.

As usual, we will start at 6.30 p.m. with a technical part – in the offices of the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Bockenheimer Anlage 44, Frankfurt am Main 60322). Our board member Dmitry Marenkov, Germany Trade & Invest, will speak on the subject of

“Recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards in Russia – current developments”.

will give a lecture. After the lecture and what is sure to be a lively discussion, we would like to round off the evening (around 8 p.m.) in a cosy atmosphere in a nearby restaurant.

We look forward to a large attendance. The regulars’ table is open to all those interested in Russian law; DRJV membership is not required. However, a short (non-binding) registration by email (Rainer.Wedde@hs-rm.de) will help with planning. Many thanks in advance!
