DRJV Regulars’ Table and Lecture in Munich

The German-Russian Lawyers’ Association cordially invites you to the meeting of the Munich Regional Group of the DRJV on Thursday, 23 July 2015 at 7.00 p.m. in the offices of the law firm Osborne Clarke, Nymphenburger Str. 1, 80335 Munich At this event, Ms Olga Kylina will speak on the topic “Current developments in Russian law of obligations”.

Olga Kylina, LL.M. holds a degree in Russian law and is the owner of the consulting firm temperi legal services based in Passau.

During the lecture, Ms Kylina will explain, among other things, some legal institutions that are newly regulated in the Russian Civil Code, but at the same time old, because they have been tried and tested in practice many times. These include, for example, conditional performance of obligations, assurances, damages not attributable to a breach of contract, pre-contractual liability as well as some new types of contracts. Furthermore, the implementation of the principle of good faith will be presented and the strengthening of the freedom of disposition in Russian law will be discussed.

After the lecture we will finish the evening at the restaurant Volksküche, Brienner Str. 50. The table will be reserved from 8.00 pm. All those who cannot make it to the lecture are welcome to come directly to the restaurant.
