Joint meeting of DRJI and DRJV in Wiesbaden

Right after the summer break, the next major conference on German-Russian law is coming up…

As part of the annual meeting of the German-Russian Law Institute at the Wiesbaden Business School, DRJI and DRJV are jointly organising a conference on Friday, 11 September 2015 from 11.30 a.m. on the topic: “German-Russian Business Law – Current Developments in Times of Crisis”.

After a round table on “Relations between Germany, the EU and Russia” and greetings, current topics will be dealt with from a comparative law perspective; the topics will be the planned reform of Russian property law, current developments in company law, industrial property protection and reforms in the field of civil procedure. Speakers will be renowned experts from both countries; we are expecting a high-ranking delegation from Russia.

In the evening, there will be a joint dinner in a Wiesbaden restaurant. In this festive setting we would like to award the 5th German-Russian Lawyers’ Prize of AHK, DRJI and DRJV.
