Conference on Insolvency Law

On Friday, 12 March 2021, the DRJV will organise a high-level conference on the topic:

Current developments in German and Russian insolvency law.

The recent crises have also put insolvency law to the test. In Germany, a reform of insolvency and restructuring law was recently undertaken with the SanInsFoG. In Russia, too, a reform of the insolvency law is being discussed – reason enough to discuss the topic with renowned speakers from both countries.

The bilingual, simultaneously translated conference will take place virtually on Zoom. There is no participation fee, but registration is required.
