MITGLIEDERVERSAMMLUNG
Die Deutsch-Russische Juristenvereinigung e.V. führt am
Mittwoch, dem 17. April 2013 um 18.00 Uhr
in der
Stiftung Weltweite Wissenschaft

die Mitgliederversammlung 2013 durch.
Die Mitgliederversammlung dient in erster Linie der Neuwahl des Vorstands, da das Wahlergebnis der letzten Mitgliederversammlung am 14.11.2012 in Berlin im Vorstand mehrheitlich als anfechtbar angesehen wird. Um ein unanfechtbares Wahlergebnis zu erzielen, wird der Vorstand der DRJV zu Beginn des Wahlvorgangs in der Mitgliederversammlung kollektiv zurücktreten.
Vorgesehen ist folgende Tagesordnung:
Der Vorstand der VDRW, besteht zurzeit aus Tanja Galander, Karin Holloch, Peter Jonach, Dr. Hans Janus, Prof. Dr. Otto Luchterhandt, Florian Roloff, Frank Schmieder und Prof. Dr. Rainer Wedde.
Die Mitgliederversammlung findet im Zusammenhang mit einer Tagung zum Geistigen Eigentum (Beginn 14.00 Uhr am gleichen Ort) statt. Bitte melden Sie sich zur Mitgliederversammlung per e-mail über info@drjv.org an.

Генеральная Ассамблея 2013 года.
Основной целью Генеральной ассамблеи является избрание нового Совета директоров, так как результаты выборов на последней Генеральной ассамблее 14.11.2012 г. в Берлине считаются спорными большинством Правления. Для достижения неоспоримых результатов выборов Совет DRJV коллективно уйдет в отставку в начале процесса выборов в Генеральной Ассамблее.
Предусматривается следующая повестка дня:
Легитимность участников
Доклад Правления
Выбытие из состава Совета директоров
новые выборы совета директоров
Разное
В настоящее время в состав правления VDRW входят Таня Галандер, Карин Холлох, Петер Йонах, доктор Ханс Янус, профессор Отто Лухтерхандт, Флориан Ролофф, Франк Шмидер и профессор доктор Райнер Ведде.
Общее собрание состоится в связи с конференцией по интеллектуальной собственности (начало в 14.00 в том же месте). Пожалуйста, зарегистрируйтесь для участия в общем собрании по электронной почте info@drjv.org.

the General Assembly 2013.
The main purpose of the General Assembly is to elect a new Executive Board, as the majority of the Executive Board considers the election result of the last General Assembly on 14 November 2012 in Berlin to be contestable. In order to achieve an incontestable election result, the DRJV Executive Board will collectively resign at the beginning of the election process in the General Assembly.

Report of the Executive Board
Discharge of the Executive Board
New election of the Executive Board
Miscellaneous
The Board of the VDRW currently consists of Tanja Galander, Karin Holloch, Peter Jonach, Dr. Hans Janus, Prof. Dr. Otto Luchterhandt, Florian Roloff, Frank Schmieder and Prof. Dr. Rainer Wedde.
