Panel Discussion Russ. Constitution

On 27.01.2021, the GDO, IOR and DREI invite to a virtual panel event to take stock of the amendments to the constitution of the Russian Federation.

High-ranking experts from Russia and Germany will discuss various aspects such as the independence of the judiciary, fundamental rights, the separation of powers, implementation through simple laws and local government in light of the constitutional amendments.
