Regulars’ Table of the Rhine-Main Regional Group with lecture: “Liability of Corporate Bodies in Russian Law”.

Dear members and interested parties,

The DRJV cordially invites you to the next Stammtisch Rhein-Main on Friday, 8 November 2013 at 6.30 p.m. in the offices of the law firm Jones Day (Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6, 60313 Frankfurt).

Prof. Dr. Rainer Wedde, Wiesbaden Business School, Chairman of the DRJV will introduce the evening with a lecture on “Liability of corporate bodies in Russian law”. Russian company law is currently undergoing fundamental reform, and the Supreme Economic Court has recently issued a ruling on the liability of corporate bodies.

Around 8 pm, the evening will continue in a relaxed atmosphere at the nearby restaurant “Frohsinn” (Thurn und Taxis Platz 1/Große Eschersheimer Straße 10, 60313 Frankfurt). It is also possible to join the group there.

The event is free of charge (in the restaurant everyone pays for their drinks and food); all those interested in Russian law are invited. A short (non-binding) registration to: Rainer.Wedde@hs-rm.de would be helpful.
