Mr. Burkhard Breig holds the junior professorship for Eastern European Law, in particular Russian

law, at the Department of Law and the Institute for Eastern European Studies of the Free University

Berlin. His research focuses on Russian and German civil and commercial law.

Mr Burkhard Breig will give a short keynote speech. The participants will then enter into an open

an open round of discussion with the participants.
