DRJV Regulars’ Table Rhine-Main: “Current Case Law in Commercial Law

Dear friends of Russian law,

After a longer break, we would like to resume the activities of our DRJV regulars’ table Rhein-Main. I am pleased to invite you to the next regulars’ table on Friday, 7 June 2013. We will meet at 6.30 p.m. for a technical part in the rooms of the law firm Graf von Westphalen (Ulmenstraße 23-25, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Tel. 069/8008519-0).

Ms Olga Troshchenovych, a lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, will speak on the topic of

“Current case law in commercial law

will give a lecture. Among other topics, she will discuss dispute resolution clauses with unilateral option and arbitrability of corporate disputes. After the lecture and what is sure to be a lively discussion, we would like to round off the evening (around 8 pm) in a cosy atmosphere. A table has been reserved at the nearby “Osteria Divino” (Zimmerweg 5-7, Frankfurt, Tel. 069/72 13 08). Of course it is also possible to join us there.
