Russian Environmental Law from Investors’ Perspective

Prof. Dr. Hiroshi Oda, University of London

Professor Oda is the author of the book “Russian Commercial Law”, the second edition of which is in preparation. Professor Oda taught Soviet law at the University of Tokyo. He is admitted to the Tokyo Bar and lives and works in London as a legal adviser and Sir Ernest Satow Professor of Japanese Law at the University of London (University College). Professor Oda is a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
