The German-Russian Bar Association (www.drjv.org) is a non-profit association. Its aim is to strengthen the dialogue between the legal professions in Russia and Germany. The association regularly organises events to discuss current issues of German-Russian legal and economic relations and is a good platform for the exchange of experience between Russian and German lawyers as well as for establishing new professional contacts in both countries. The association has regional groups in all major German cities. In the future there are plans to organise similar meetings and discussions in St Petersburg on a regular basis. The event is organised jointly with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg.

Presentations and discussion are conducted in Russian. Participation is free of charge. At the end of the lectures and discussion the participants are invited to a nearby restaurant (on a “every man for himself” basis).

To facilitate preparations, we ask all participants to register in advance by e-mail: info@drjv.org.
